Rosseti CEO Andrey Ryumin and Tyva head Vladislav Khovalyg met to discuss grid operations and reliability during the heating season. In its report published on 8 October, the Republic of Tyva said Rosseti’s planned 2026 investment programme in the region totals RUB 9 billion.
