Story details
Jordanian technology group OFFTEC and Singapore-based Dyna.Ai signed a partnership in Amman on 6 October 2026, according to OFFTEC. The framework is intended to identify joint opportunities and make Dyna.Ai agentic AI products available to OFFTEC clients.
The products described include voice and text agents and Dyna.Ai’s AI Employee solution. OFFTEC presents these as ready-to-use offerings that can be adapted to client needs in banking technology, payment systems and IT infrastructure. The release also highlights Arabic-first design, including Arabic voice capabilities and text-to-speech.
The release describes a commercial framework, not customer orders or a deployed system. It provides no client count, agreement value, schedule, accuracy measure, cost saving or service outcome. Reliability and security statements are company claims, not independent test results.
A named customer deployment or later product update would show whether the tools are in use and how human oversight works. For now, the agreement creates a channel for OFFTEC to offer Dyna.Ai products regionally; adoption and business effects remain unmeasured.
