Story details

An Andalusian regional authority called holders of property and other rights affected by the planned expansion of the Serón substation in Almería province to pre-occupation record appointments on 4 November. The notice, published in Spain’s official gazette on 10 October, says prior and construction authorisations and a public-utility declaration were issued on 17 April 2026.

The appointments are at Serón town hall, at 11:30 and 12:00. The notice says the proceedings will record matters before any occupation and, if applicable, definitive occupation; interested parties may submit observations to correct possible errors in the list of affected property and rights. This is a scheduled administrative step, not a report that occupation or construction has occurred.
