Saudi Arabia’s National Center for Meteorology issued alert 85914 at 18:46 on 10 October, forecasting fog in the Eastern Province. The latest version names Ad Dammam, Al Jubayl, Al Khubar including Ad Dhahran, Al Qatif and Ras Tannurah, as well as open areas and highways.
