Saneago said an emergency treated-water-main repair underway on 10 October could affect 27 named neighborhoods and settlements in central and upper Goiatuba.
Saneago reported an emergency repair to a treated-water main in Goiatuba on Saturday, 10 October. Valves were closed for the work, potentially affecting the city centre and upper parts of town across 27 named neighborhoods and settlements.
The company said supply would return gradually after the repair, without giving a completion time. It said buildings with adequately sized water tanks might avoid an interruption and asked residents to use their stored treated water carefully.
