The National Center for Palms and Dates (NCPD) outlined preparations to participate in SIAL Paris, scheduled for 17–21 October, with more than 19 Saudi dates companies and the International Dates Council. Its announced programme aims to showcase Saudi dates and processed products and build links with importers, distributors and food retailers.
NCPD cited World Trade Center data showing Saudi dates exports valued at SAR1.938 billion in 2025, 14.3% above 2024. Those are prior-year trade figures, not sales generated at SIAL; the announcement did not report orders or investment secured at the event.
