Khalifa University of Science and Technology and the Technology Innovation Institute (TII), the applied research arm of Abu Dhabi’s Advanced Technology Research Council, are co-hosting the 18th International Green Energy Conference and the 7th International Conference on Energy and AI. The Emirates News Agency reported on 5 October that the conferences run from 4 to 8 October at W Abu Dhabi, Yas Island.

More than 140 research papers were accepted for presentation. Researchers, industry specialists, policymakers, educators and students are meeting across clean energy, artificial intelligence, water, economics and policy.

The programme covers renewable and clean energy technologies, hydrogen and fuel cells, energy conversion and storage, green power generation, cogeneration and distributed generation. It also examines artificial intelligence for designing, controlling and optimizing energy and chemical systems.
