Dubai Chamber of Commerce held an orientation event for 65 representatives of recently admitted member companies, according to a 10 September report. The session introduced chamber services intended to help firms operate and expand, including certificates of origin, the chamber’s ESG label, mediation, document attestation and trade missions. It also presented DC Connect, a digital interface for accessing membership and related services, and the Business in Dubai platform for firms establishing or growing local operations.

A presentation at the event covered Dubai’s cashless strategy, which aims for cashless payments to reach 90% across government and private sectors and for both sectors to be 100% digitally enabled by the end of 2026. WAM said the Business in Dubai platform offered access to 65 corporate services through seven accredited partners.
