Dubai Police’s Future Foresight Centre identified 10 artificial-intelligence opportunities that could shape policing by 2040, WAM reported on 17 October. The possibilities include personalised public services, AI-agent swarms, proactive security sensing, AI-enhanced investigations and autonomous patrol systems.
Other concepts named by the centre include adaptive cybersecurity, human-AI teams and generative security simulation. Dubai Police framed the list as future opportunities; the announcement does not say these systems have been procured, tested or deployed.
