The Central Bank of Egypt announced the winners of its fourth FinTech Got Talent competition for university students on September 13. FinFamily, developed by Cairo University students, won first place with a bilingual Arabic-English platform combining financial education and AI-supported training for children aged 6–15.
PayRamids, a payroll and human-resources system for small and medium-sized businesses that also connects them with short-term financing, placed second. Pockety, from Nile University, placed third with a mobile app and smart bracelet for children’s savings goals, spending tracking and supervised payments. CBE said the three projects were selected after a one-month incubation program at DMZ Cairo.
