Emirates Development Bank (EDB) said it will stage The Current of Growth, a two-day exhibition at Abu Dhabi Energy Centre on 14 and 15 October 2026. The announcement was published on 25 September, so the exhibition was still forthcoming at that point. EDB said the programme would present more than 100 UAE-made products and business stories, giving visitors an overview of local industrial and innovation activity.
Examples named by the bank include electric motorcycles, autonomous firefighting drones, medical devices, smart farming systems, solar technologies and building materials made from fungi and date-palm waste. EDB chief executive Ahmed Al Naqbi said the showcase was intended to highlight how financing can help firms turn ideas into products and expand operations.
