Story details

Myriad Uranium released preliminary results on 28 October from five boreholes at the Hesitation and Arrowhead deposits within its Copper Mountain project in Wyoming. The holes totalled 797.1 metres, with four returning mineralisation above a 100-parts-per-million equivalent uranium threshold. The readings come from downhole gamma logging, rather than chemical assays.

The release’s results table lists a 34.29-metre interval averaging 399 parts per million eU₃O₈ in HES0001BDD, starting at 107.15 metres downhole. Gamma-derived equivalent grades can be affected by radioactive disequilibrium, borehole conditions and calibration. Laboratory analyses are required to verify these preliminary estimates.

Reported intervals are measured along the borehole and do not establish true widths. Myriad is drilling to test historical mineralisation and support a future mineral resource estimate. The company cautions that historical estimates have not been established as current resources or reserves.

Myriad also announced planned restatements of its financial statements for the year ended 30 April and the quarter ended 31 July 2026, relating to non-cash share-based compensation. It said the adjustment was not expected to affect cash balances or exploration, and advised against reliance on the earlier financial disclosures until the restated documents are filed.
