Innovation Minister Kingsley Udeh opened the African Raw Materials Summit in Abuja on 19 October, urging African economies to convert more raw materials into higher-value products and local industries.
He called for research, processing technology and partnerships among government, researchers, manufacturers and investors. The ministry account announced no funded programme, specific processing project or measured production gain.
The bank aims to launch both by October’s end and says it financed 6,911 housing units under its 2025 targets.
