Transcorp Hotels said unaudited third-quarter revenue was ₦69.5bn, down 3% from ₦71.3bn in the same quarter of 2025. It released results on 19 October for the quarter ended 30 September 2026.
Pretax profit rose 1% to ₦22.5bn and after-tax profit increased 5% to ₦15.5bn. The company also reported assets of ₦206.8bn, 29% above December 2025, and shareholders’ funds of ₦97.5bn; the results are unaudited.
The bank aims to launch both by October’s end and says it financed 6,911 housing units under its 2025 targets.
Its unaudited filing shows ₦23.81bn insurance revenue and ₦1.60bn pretax profit for the period ended September 30, 2026.
