Qatar Free Zones Authority participated as a supporting sponsor at the Qatar Economic Forum 2026 in New York, QNA reported on September 21. It co-hosted a Business Lounge with Invest Qatar and Qatar Financial Centre to meet international business leaders and investors.
The authority reported strategic agreements focused on localising specialised manufacturing and services in Qatar’s free zones, particularly in energy, industry and infrastructure. It described the cooperation as supporting higher-value activities, local capabilities and business connections across markets.
