Qatar Development Bank announced Manarat on September 30 and opened applications for sixteen ready-built factory units in the New Industrial Area. The initiative was developed with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and Qatar’s Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Target sectors include medical and pharmaceutical products, electronics, telecommunications, robotics and chemicals. QDB presented the initiative as a way to support advanced manufacturing and industrial innovation under Qatar’s 2024–2030 development strategy, connecting prepared premises with prospective manufacturing projects.
