Qatar Investment Authority announced participation in Positron AI’s US$875 million Series C financing on September 10. The round valued the AI inference hardware company at US$5 billion. The US$875 million figure describes the total round.
QIA had also participated in Positron’s Series B in February 2026. The new financing is intended to support development and commercialisation, including Asimov silicon design work and a production ramp for Titan, the company’s inference system with multi-terabyte memory.
