Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Energy will host a series of international and regional energy meetings and events in Riyadh from 11 to 15 October 2026. According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on 30 September, more than 70 ministers, over 300 CEOs and senior executives, and leaders from more than 25 international energy organisations have confirmed participation.

The programme opens on 11 October with the 17th International Energy Forum Ministerial Meeting (IEF17), which will discuss energy security, market stability, investment and cooperation between producing and consuming countries. From 11 to 13 October, the ministry will also host the 17th Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM17) and the 11th Mission Innovation Ministerial (MI-11).

The week is anchored by the 25th WPC Energy Congress under the theme “Pathways to an Energy Future for All”. Riyadh will also host the 16th Session of the Arab Ministerial Council for Electricity, technical forums, an international exhibition and activities for young professionals and women in energy.

The meetings have not yet taken place; the announcement gives no information on decisions to be taken or agreements to be signed.
