The Al-Manshiyah Farmers Market offered AlUla growers and cottage-industry families a place to sell directly to visitors, the Saudi Press Agency reported on September 19. Its announced dates were September 18–27. The season also included a date auction at Al-Fursan Village, scheduled on weekends through November 15.
SPA put AlUla’s agricultural base at more than 4.2 million palm trees, producing about 130,000 tonnes of dates annually. It reported 2025 season sales of about 2.25 million kilograms worth SAR 13.19 million, compared with 1.7 million kilograms worth SAR 8.8 million in 2024. These historical sales figures describe the earlier date seasons.
