Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry said on 18 October that its export development centre would lead a trade mission to Addis Ababa from 19 to 22 October. The announced programme includes a Sharjah-Ethiopia Business Forum and meetings with Ethiopian trade, industry, agriculture and investment bodies.
The chamber said the mission would explore trade and investment cooperation in manufacturing, food processing, agriculture, packaging, construction materials and logistics. These are areas for discussion; the announcement does not report signed deals or realised trade flows.
