Alberta Energy Regulator / Petrinex

All rows in one Alberta Public Data monthly volumetric extract, including facility/activity/product reporting rows and well-linked production rows; mixed facility, activity, product and transaction scopes; not conventional-only and not a count of distinct physical wells. Every CSV row is represented. Every populated measurement channel is a separate observation with all 30 native source columns retained. An all-blank row is carried by its real blank Volume cell, flagged no_numeric_measurement_present. No aggregation, conversion, deduplication or physical-well reconciliation is performed. Count of nonblank raw cells in Volume, Energy, Hours, ProrationFactor, and Heat; includes nonnumeric source sentinels which remain raw and have null normalized values.
