Technip Energies introduced SnapLNG 1.5 on September 14 using technologies from Honeywell Technologies and Siemens Energy. The standardized modular solution is built around a train designed for 1.5 million tonnes of annual LNG capacity.
The offering incorporates offsite module fabrication and electric motor-driven liquefaction equipment. The company says the design aims to shorten delivery schedules and reduce operational emissions. This is a product launch rather than the commissioning of a new LNG facility.
