Thailand collected 2.566 trillion baht and disbursed 3.647 trillion baht on a cash basis in the first 11 months of fiscal 2026, covering October 2025 through August 2026, the Ministry of Finance reported on 24 September. Revenue was up 3.6% from a year earlier and expenditure rose 8.1%.
The budgetary deficit was 1.081 trillion baht; after a 57.536 billion baht non-budgetary surplus, the overall cash deficit was 1.023 trillion baht. Borrowing of 810.488 billion baht helped finance it, leaving a treasury reserve of 367.332 billion baht at end-August. These are cumulative cash results, not full-year outturns.
