Story details
HUMAIN, DataVolt and AI-cloud company Nebius announced a preliminary framework on 21 October for data-centre capacity at Oxagon, NEOM’s industrial city on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast. The proposed arrangement would make Nebius an anchor customer, with contemplated capacity of up to 50 megawatts.
The 50 MW would be half of the initial 100 MW currently under construction within a first phase planned at 360 MW. NEOM says the proposed allocation is expected to become operational in phases from the fourth quarter of 2027. The framework is preliminary; it does not establish that capacity has been contracted finally or is already operating.
